Craft Fair

So I had my craft fair today. Not a lot of my big items sold. I sold out of Snowman soup. I sold mostly my food items with poems. I ended up earning $67. I am happy with that. I have a lot of Christmas presents out of the way. :)

I met a lot of new people, and had a great experience. I will know what to expect for next year.

Bazaar Items.

As I told you in the first post, I am doing a Holiday Bazaar at the beginning of November. I have been working on a few projects for them. I have mounted all of the poems to go along with the candy that I am selling. The other day, I found this cool toothfairy paper. I made two cute toothfairy boxes. I am thinking that I may have to make some more of these, because they are so cute.

I figured I may as well get the majority of this stuff done before the middle of the month. The reason for this is because it will be midterm soon at school. I hope to be able to stamp some tonight after school, but we will see what the night brings.

I have a cooking class at school. Each Tuesday we have a lab where we get to try something. Today we made chili. It was all well and good except I do not like kidney beans in my chili and that was the majority of what was in it. My mom is coming to visit this weekend and she has told me that she is bringing me chili, beef stew, and chocolate banana cake. All in individual containers so I can take it out of the freezer and have a helping. I am looking forward to spending time with my mom. Hopefully I will be able to go home soon in order to see my niece(3) and nephew(2). I miss them.

First Post!!!!

So I have bee told by many that i should start a blog. So here I am. Last Saturday I put one of my cards in a contest and recieved third place. As soon as I upload the card, I will make sure to put it on here for all to see.

I am selling my handmade items on November 10 at a Holiday Bazaar. I am getting ready for it. I altered my first Clipboard the other night. I realized that it was really simple, and wanted to do another. So, I did another today. WooHoo!! The real reason I wrote about that is because I got to paint on the Clipboard. I didn't realize how much I missed painting. So, what do I do??? I continued painting. I have painted 3 ornaments and a wooden box. I am thinking about selling them but they are just something I had laying around. Don't know if I will sell them or give as gifts. Probably will start painting more often.

I am off to go make some cards for this Bazaar too. I will add more later
